Since day one Smith, Feddeler & Smith, P.A. have made sure to take care of me in every way possible and have never let me down. A special shout out to Joshua C. Nelson and Stefani Rosabal for always having an answer for me and if they don’t they never fail to find it! We’ve been through quite a journey and even through that crazy Pandemic they still worked around the clock to make sure I get all benefits owed to me and always made sure I was taken care of! If you’re reading this just know this is the law firm you can put your trust and your time into because they will not disappoint! Thank you guys again so much!! :)

I retained Smith Feddler and Smith attorneys after falling at work. I felt I was not getting the proper treatment in a timely manner and needed help. I hesitated at first, worrying about my job getting mad at me or people thinking I was doing it for the money. After speaking with Mr. Smith, I felt a little better, but still hesitant again, for that reasons previously stated. I was having problems getting prescribed appointments set and was worried about my future so I moved forward retaining Smith Feddler and Smith. So far the only regret I have is not retaining them from the start. I have permanent damage now just because workers comp delayed scheduling necessary appointments for me. Since retaining the law firm, I have learned a lot. There are so many steps and procedures that have to be taken in order to achieve results. It doesn’t seem right, but having Smith Feddler Smith on my side, being so knowledgeable, fast acting and concerned with my health and getting the treatment I need we are getting the appointments and necessary procedures, approved and scheduled. I’m very thankful to have someone with their experience there for me. I don’t have any final results that I can share at this moment for my case is still ongoing after a year and a half, but I wouldn’t even be this far without them. Has I believe any attorneys office? They are busy but never too busy for their clients they’re knowledgeable. They are always communicating with me. If I call and get an answering machine, they always respond right back to me. They have been so patient with me my life feels like a roller coaster, but they always listen and give me guidance. So if you’re dealing with the situation similar to mine, like I said, my only mistake was not retaining them from the beginning
