I Just love how I can pick up my phone and communicate within minutes to my Team member Aline. I know I’m not alone on this journey of WC. I feel completely taken care of and my needs are fought for in every way. My previous Law Firm I waited literally weeks with No communication and WC is a frustrating enough, then you can’t get an answer it made my experience even worse with my injuries. I would highly recommend this firm. You are not a number they are really personable and you will not be alone. They fight for your rights for the best outcome that is good for you and your family.

They got enough money to pay for my son’s surgery and then put the rest away for his college fund. Absolutely great service great people I would recommend them to anybody. Once you had a bad experience you should run. I hired Smith Feddeler& Smith in hopes that they would be a help but unfortunately that wasn't what happened. I had 1 guy Josh Nelson and his paralegal whom i refused to say her name was horrible and rude and disrespectful. I had received some paperwork from the office and i went to get help with understanding the paperwork i called Josh 8 times that day and couldn't get him and i dont recall if i called the 9th or the paralegal called the 9th time but when we did talk. Man it was the worse she called me names and told me my calls werent important enough that i had to call 8 times. Unfortunately she didn't know that there was someone next to me who overheard the whole conversation and said some things to her to make her calm down ill be surprised if she still has a job there with the disrespect she did. So i ended up terminating my contact and i left a bad review however i get a call from Brad Smith trying to save the day. He asked me to remove the review and he will work with me after trying to hire other legal aide I should have took the lien and took the loss however i decided to give them a try. Biggest MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. I wrote a bad review and to think they would try to help me I was a fool it took 2 years and 10 months to settle a case i lost one and won one. Brad had a doctor's who couldn't even give proper testimony or notes about my case he didnt even remember the case When they asked him about my injury in court he just told them anything and on a scale chart he didn't have an updated chart with mine he read them something from 95 or 96 and we're in 2025 so i don't think they were trying to help at all. And then when it came to trial Brad arguments was poor he keep bringing up my educational background and the fact that i feel nothing else to support his arguments or help i mean it was pitiful. He also cancelled 2 court dates and he showed up to court 1 time i delt with more other attorney's or whomever they were then he did. And the one case we settled he got more money than I did witch i didn't think was fair. So if you do get a chance to read this please run fast from this firm. Despite all of that im still in pain from my injuries from the neck to my lower back and feel pain tin my legs from time to time and have been coming out of pocket losing money when they were supposed to help.

I used this company for workman’s comp in 2020 and they are excellent in that department. Since I had a great experience I used them for a personal injury case thinking it would be the same result. The communication between Mr.Balentine and paralegal Jo was horrendous and things were not communicated and I had to do some of the leg work.My hospital bill was all inclusive with the surgeon who performed my procedure. I had been cleared medically communicated this with them and I still had to be the one to go hunt down the bill to get paid months after my clearance. I referred my daughter and son-in-law also for a personal injury case and they have totally screwed them over as well. I will give Jo props for negotiating a 92,000 bill down to 18,000. I did get a settlement but I got less than everyone and I did some of the work. I would highly recommend them for workmen’s comp claims but not personal injury cases.

I retained Smith Feddler and Smith attorneys after falling at work. I felt I was not getting the proper treatment in a timely manner and needed help. I hesitated at first, worrying about my job getting mad at me or people thinking I was doing it for the money. After speaking with Mr. Smith, I felt a little better, but still hesitant again, for that reasons previously stated. I was having problems getting prescribed appointments set and was worried about my future so I moved forward retaining Smith Feddler and Smith. So far the only regret I have is not retaining them from the start. I have permanent damage now just because workers comp delayed scheduling necessary appointments for me. Since retaining the law firm, I have learned a lot. There are so many steps and procedures that have to be taken in order to achieve results. It doesn’t seem right, but having Smith Feddler Smith on my side, being so knowledgeable, fast acting and concerned with my health and getting the treatment I need we are getting the appointments and necessary procedures, approved and scheduled. I’m very thankful to have someone with their experience there for me. I don’t have any final results that I can share at this moment for my case is still ongoing after a year and a half, but I wouldn’t even be this far without them. Has I believe any attorneys office? They are busy but never too busy for their clients they’re knowledgeable. They are always communicating with me. If I call and get an answering machine, they always respond right back to me. They have been so patient with me my life feels like a roller coaster, but they always listen and give me guidance. So if you’re dealing with the situation similar to mine, like I said, my only mistake was not retaining them from the beginning

That’s a lot firm has been nothing. Short of amazing for me.. mr. Feddeler assisted me on a Workmen’s Comp. case told him what I wanted and he made it happen. from the time you call into the office until you get off the phone, everyone’s great I was never left confused, uncertain, or had any questions unanswered. Overall, this has been a great and smooth experience working with Attorney Feddeler. I have certainly recommended this office and I will definitely use this law firm again!!! 10/10

I hired Carl Feddeler after I was hit in my back with a chair by a student. I was told by Feddeler zi was NOT going gto get any money. I filed papers with the court. The opposing attorney helped me get some money and I still had to pay Feddeler. Now, three years later, I am suffering from back problems. I have pain in my hip and legs. I am scheduled for surgery.
