This testimonial is regarding Attorney Mark Capron of Smith, Feddeler and Smith. My case, a pit bull attack, turned into a 2-1/2 year roller coaster of an experience. Shortly after Attorney Mark Capron agreed to represent me, it became clear that the owner of the dog had no intention of taking responsibility, and to add insult to injury, they purposely avoided disclosing that they in fact, had no proper home insurance to cover dog attacks. Knowing that it was going to be an uphill battle and possibly little to no recovery, Mark stood fast and continue to advocate for me. I hired Carl Feddeler after I was hit in my back with a chair by a student. I was told by Feddeler zi was NOT going gto get any money. I filed papers with the court. The opposing attorney helped me get some money and I still had to pay Feddeler. Now, three years later, I am suffering from back problems. I have pain in my hip and legs. I am scheduled for surgery. Feddeler gets a zero star.
