Smith feddeler and Smith are definitely the best attorneys that I have ever worked with , when they say they're going to do what they can to win your case they bust their tails. Their offices are clean, handicap accessible . Let me tell you when I first met Guy Smith I knew I had chosen the right team he made me feel at home comfortable very sensitive to my situation. All are so friendly. They know what to do to fight for you. I never feel rushed off the phone they always work with you and I'm so glad I chose them. No doubt I chose the right team.

I used they're services several years ago when I worked for a large retailer in Lkld, a workmans comp issue and was dissatisfied with them. Fired them although I still had to pay them... sent them loads of business back then but no longer. Felt compromised after catching and over hearing a conversation between my attorney and the opposing attorney in the rest room. Then they refused to share my personal info with my replacement representation. Not happy with them at all... but they got paid anyway!

After being denied disability by SSA, we contacted their office and met with Ed Mason. We discussed my particular issues dealing with Parkinson's and Mr. Mason explained to us the process of dealing with SSA and we felt very confident and comfortable with him and his Secretary Debbie Waterloo. During the two year process of dealing with paperwork and communicating with my physicians and the SSA they made the whole ordeal completely stress free. Their main concern was my health and working on my behalf to get the benefits I needed. Debbie was so helpful and treated us like family going the extra mile.
