This testimonial is regarding Attorney Mark Capron of Smith, Feddeler and Smith. My case, a pit bull attack, turned into a 2-1/2 year roller coaster of an experience. Shortly after Attorney Mark Capron agreed to represent me, it became clear that the owner of the dog had no intention of taking responsibility, and to add insult to injury, they purposely avoided disclosing that they in fact, had no proper home insurance to cover dog attacks.
