Do your homework and take your case elsewhere. Relative in dire need of more competent lawyers! Brad doesn’t work for his client’s needs and seems to be an individual that is paid for by the bigger corporations…hates his job, or is a straight rookie, based on his actions and unwillingness to listen. I’ll be spending more money for a better attorney! Also, note they would rather write off a review as “fake” when one is speaking honestly of their results, instead of attempting to restore trust…!

This testimonial is regarding Attorney Mark Capron of Smith, Feddeler and Smith. My case, a pit bull attack, turned into a 2-1/2 year roller coaster of an experience. Shortly after Attorney Mark Capron agreed to represent me, it became clear that the owner of the dog had no intention of taking responsibility, and to add insult to injury, they purposely avoided disclosing that they in fact, had no proper home insurance to cover dog attacks. Knowing that it was going to be an uphill battle and possibly little to no recovery, Mark stood fast and continue to advocate for me. Mark has an exemplary knowledge of the law, was always thoroughly prepared, and has an impressive court demeanor. However, to me, his most endearing quality is that of a compassionate individual who truly cared about what I had, and was, going through. For those who unfortunately may one day need the help of a hard working advocate for justice, I would without hesitation, recommend Attorney Mark Capron, and paralegal Jo.
