I would just like to say, I am EXTREMELY grateful and so appreciative of Smith, Feddeler & Smith, P.A. More specifically Kevin Balentine and Jo Wamsley! We had a long, but strong fight and many obstacles including a world stopping pandemic and 2 major hurricanes, but they kept me at peace, assured me that everything would be taken care of and that I had nothing to worry about. When it was all said and done, we came out on top in the end. I was able to receive the appropriate medical care I needed, peace of mind, and I was rewarded with what I deserved. They were amazing, they were patient with me, and they took care of everything without me having to be concerned. Always had me in the loop, and were very kind and respectful people. I pray to never get in another accident, but if ever I know someone who is, I will be sending them here to be well taken care of with FULL peace of mind! Thank you all again so much! I Just love how I can pick up my phone and communicate within minutes to my Team member Aline. I know I’m not alone on this journey of WC. After being denied disability by SSA, we contacted their office and met with Ed Mason. We discussed my particular issues dealing with Parkinson's and Mr. Mason explained to us the process of dealing with SSA and we felt very confident and comfortable with him and his Secretary Debbie Waterloo. During the two year process of dealing with paperwork and communicating with my physicians and the SSA they made the whole ordeal completely stress free.
