Everything seemed OK and legit at first, but horrors ensued as I was lied to and swindled at settlement time. They refused to make things right when I gave them the opportunity to do so. Now, I must hire another attorney to sue Mr. Smith for malpractice or bad business practices and breach of contract, and report him to the Florida Bar for what he did to me. I will not let this go. They are smooth as silk on the outside but without true integrity in my opinion.

I would just like to say you can't get a more professional team on your side. Work comp has done everything possible not to remedy the problem but Lyn and Joshua do everything they possibly can to hold them to the flame and get you the best treatment possible I would personally like to thank them for their help and hopefully it all turns out for the best .lord knows Lyn and Joshua put all their effort into getting the best results for you. Thank you again God willing I'll get my issues solved
