I used this company for workman’s comp in 2020 and they are excellent in that department. Since I had a great experience I used them for a personal injury case thinking it would be the same result. The communication between Mr.Balentine and paralegal Jo was horrendous and things were not communicated and I had to do some of the leg work.My hospital bill was all inclusive with the surgeon who performed my procedure. I had been cleared medically communicated this with them and I still had to be the one to go hunt down the bill to get paid months after my clearance. I referred my daughter and son-in-law also for a personal injury case and they have totally screwed them over as well. I will give Jo props for negotiating a 92,000 bill down to 18,000. I did get a settlement but I got less than everyone and I did some of the work. I would highly recommend them for workmen’s comp claims but not personal injury cases.

During my thirteen year ordeal this firm worked with me every step of the way. Amy, Lynn, Terri and Jean all communicated throughout the process. I received great medical care and support. A couple of years ago I also sought the assistance of George Mason and Debbie in getting my Disability /Social Security approved. My overall experience with this law firm is not only favorable but I felt like part of a team. They are professional, kind, supportive and got me through it all. Ginger Smith (no relation to the Smith attorneys) was the last person I dealt with. She answered questions about our settlement and guided us to the end. I really appreciate all they did for me and recommend highly.

I apologize I did not do this review earlier. Brad was our attorney. Our son was hurt and needed to pay hospital bills. Kevin and his paralegal were so great. They got enough money to pay for my son’s surgery and then put the rest away for his college fund. Absolutely great service great people I would recommend them to anybody. They definitely care about their customers.

This whole firm has done all the work! Years have gone by, but the fighting hasn't stopped. They continue to fight and battle the other side, and keep me posted as soon as something happens. I would absolutely recommend this firm to anyone who needs a lawyer that has their back!
