I began with Guy Smith 13 years ago and had no idea how this journey would end. During the course of my workers comp case I encountered all sorts of hurdles but Brad Smith and his team helped me navigate and come to a favorable conclusion. During my thirteen year ordeal this firm worked with me every step of the way. Amy, Lynn, Terri and Jean all communicated throughout the process. I received great medical care and support. A couple of years ago I also sought the assistance of George Mason and Debbie in getting my Disability /Social Security approved. My overall experience with this law firm is not only favorable but I felt like part of a team. They are professional, kind, supportive and got me through it all. Ginger Smith (no relation to the Smith attorneys) was the last person I dealt with. She answered questions about our settlement and guided us to the end. I really appreciate all they did for me and recommend highly.

I have been with Bradley Guy Smith and his firm along with their Paralegal Gail since 2008. They have been the best.. they work hard a assure my I get all the medical care that is needed for me. They talk to me and I feel like I am part of their family. Gail is the best Paralegal out there. She is always there for me. She listens to me even when I'm having a bad day. She fights for me with the insurance company she gives 120% or more. I would not trust anyone else with my case. Yes its been along journey. But I have not been denied for any medical care. I would just like to say, I am EXTREMELY grateful and so appreciative of Smith, Feddeler & Smith, P.A. More specifically Kevin Balentine and Jo Wamsley! We had a long, but strong fight and many obstacles including a world stopping pandemic and 2 major hurricanes, but they kept me at peace, assured me that everything would be taken care of and that I had nothing to worry about. When it was all said and done, we came out on top in the end. I was able to receive the appropriate medical care I needed, peace of mind, and I was rewarded with what I deserved. They were amazing, they were patient with me, and they took care of everything without me having to be concerned. Always had me in the loop, and were very kind and respectful people. Do your homework and take your case elsewhere. Relative in dire need of more competent lawyers! Brad doesn’t work for his client’s needs and seems to be an individual that is paid for by the bigger corporations…hates his job, or is a straight rookie, based on his actions and unwillingness to listen. I’ll be spending more money for a better attorney! Also, note they would rather write off a review as “fake” when one is speaking honestly of their results, instead of attempting to restore trust…!

I've Experienced Joshua C. Nelson and his Assistant Tynasha to be VERY HELPFUL Navigating the COMPLEX WORK COMP SYSTEM here in the State Of Florida. A system that shouldn't be called Work Comp. It saddens me that my uncle is no longer with us to this day, but let me tell you this law group fought extremely hard for my uncle when he first got injured in the 1980’s. So for over 30 years this law group has handled my uncles workman’s comp case and has gone above and beyond to help my uncle and my whole family as we all took turns being my uncle’s caregiver. And they were just as saddened as we were at the time of our loss. My family will forever be grateful to this group! If it wasn’t for them my uncle never would have been able to get the care and support he needed and deserved after his work injury in which he suffered permanent brain damage. Everything seemed OK and legit at first, but horrors ensued as I was lied to and swindled at settlement time. They refused to make things right when I gave them the opportunity to do so. Now, I must hire another attorney to sue Mr. Smith for malpractice or bad business practices and breach of contract, and report him to the Florida Bar for what he did to me. I will not let this go. They are smooth as silk on the outside but without true integrity in my opinion.

Mr. Kevin Balentine and Jo Wamsley and team worked tirelessly to ensure all my needs were met. Mr. Balentine's expertise and years of experience fortified my case. My experience so far has been nothing but amazing. Everyone is so helpful and very understanding as this is my first legal situation, and I'm less than educated in the legality of things. Mr Capron, Amy, and Shelby have been fantastic. I didn't catch her name but the front desk worker who answers all the calls is always very pleasant to talk to and she is quick to transfer you to whomever you need. This testimonial is regarding Attorney Mark Capron of Smith, Feddeler and Smith. My case, a pit bull attack, turned into a 2-1/2 year roller coaster of an experience. Shortly after Attorney Mark Capron agreed to represent me, it became clear that the owner of the dog had no intention of taking responsibility, and to add insult to injury, they purposely avoided disclosing that they in fact, had no proper home insurance to cover dog attacks.
